Dear SiC enthusiast,

The abstract submission procedure for the 20th International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2023) is open!

ICSCRM is an annual scientific event that discusses recent advances in the field of Silicon Carbide (SiC) and related materials for electronic devices and applications. It will be proudly hosted by University of Naples Federico II and held at the Congress Center of the Hilton Sorrento Palace in Sorrento (Italy)

The conference also serves as an international forum for the exchange of ideas on recent scientific and technical issues among researchers and engineers in the industrial, academic and public sectors.

One page abstracts (up to two pages of additional material) are invited, but not limited, to cover the following focus topics:

There will also be a special separated section for the submissions from industries who are willing to present their latest activities to the audience.
